Hi, I’m Gemma Churchard
I’m the founder of Mother Nurture Collective, and I’m here to support you and your little one with gentle baby massage and yoga classes. As a birth and postnatal coach, I understand how important it is to nurture yourself while you care for your baby. I’m also an early years educator, women’s circle facilitator, and angelic reiki healer—each of these roles allow me to help you feel supported and connected during this special time.
I offer my sessions in a peaceful, intimate venue in Solihull, where you can take a moment to relax, bond with your baby, and practice mindfulness. It’s a lovely space to meet other mamas who are navigating this beautiful journey of motherhood alongside you. When you join my classes, I’ll greet you with a warm smile, a cup of my signature rose petal tea, a slice of homemade cacao traybake, and, of course, a whole lot of love.
My baby massage classes are coming soon, and I can’t wait to share this wonderful experience with you and your little one. Be the first to know when registration opens by joining my exclusive email waiting list.
Let me share a little bit about myself
My family means everything to me. I’m married to my wonderful husband Neil, and together we’re the proud parents of our two beautiful children, Jude and Adélaïde.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s leading mentors in mother and baby wellness, and I’ve trained alongside top midwives and doulas who have deepened my understanding of this beautiful journey. My approach is holistic and heart-centred, blending ancient wisdom with modern knowledge to support you and your baby.
My own journey began six years ago, as a new mama recovering from a traumatic birth and navigating feeding challenges. I felt anxious, unsure, and a little lost. Then, I discovered baby massage, and it truly transformed my experience of new motherhood.
Discovering baby massage gave me the confidence to fully embrace my new role as a mama. It allowed me to respond to my baby’s needs with love and intuition, while tuning into his cues. I fell in love with the calming power of mindfulness and the nurturing touch that brought us closer.
But what I longed for most was a sense of community—finding my village of like-minded mamas to connect with and share our wisdom. That’s when I put my thoughts onto paper, and Mother Nurture Collective was born.
Now, I’m here to create a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, supported, respected, and loved. I invite you to join the waiting list for my upcoming baby massage, baby yoga and special events—all designed to meet you right where you are on your beautiful motherhood journey.

Dear Mama
The hardships in motherhood can come in waves. One day will be perfection, you’ll be absolutely nailing it. The next, you forget your child had an appointment that morning or you leave the keys in the front door. The waves will come. The feelings of mum guilt, inadequacy, overwhelm, lack of sleep. When the big waves come, give yourself permission to slow down. Remind yourself that you are amazing, and the most important person in the world to your children. You practice so much patience with them, it’s time you gave yourself some, too.
