Hi, I’m Gemma

I’m the founder of Mother Nurture Collective. As a Birth and Postnatal Coach, I offer Pregnancy Relaxation, Hypnobirthing and Baby Massage in Solihull and online. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard and supported – every step of the way.

My family is at the heart of everything that I do. I’m married to Neil, and together we are raising our two beautiful children, Jude and Adelaide. They are the reason I believe so deeply in slowing down, cherishing the early days and supporting mamas with tenderness.

I offer my sessions in a peaceful, intimate venue in Solihull, where you and your baby are welcomed just as you are. It’s a place to rest, bond and build confidence, while meeting other mamas who are walking this beautiful path alongside you.

When you join my classes, I’ll greet you with a warm smile, a cup of rose petal tea and a slice of chocolate traybake. Let the soft lighting and soothing fragrance of essential oils instantly put you at ease. The gentle sounds of the music will wash over you as you unwind. It’s a soft space to simply be.

My approach is holistic, honouring not only the physical experience of motherhood, but also the emotional, mental and spiritual layers that come with it. I support you in listening to your instincts – the quiet voice within that already knows how to mother.

I hold space with empathy, presence and compassion, ensuring you feel seen and understood. I create nurturing environments where you and your baby can simply be together in a place of beauty, without rush or performance. And I encourage a sense of community, because motherhood feels gentler when we are surrounded by understanding and warmth.

Dear Mama

The hardships in motherhood can come in waves. One day feels like sunlight – ease, laughter and flow. The next you forget that appointment you booked and leave your keys in the front door. The waves will come. The swells of mum-guilt, the quiet ache of overwhelm, the softness of a heart stretched wide, the tiredness that settles deep in your bones. When the big waves rise, may you remember this – you are doing an incredible job. You are your child’s world, their safety, their comfort, their home. You offer patience so freely to your little one. Let some of that tenderness return to you now- rest your shoulders, breathe deeply. You cannot pour from an empty cup. So come sit alongside me and let the world slow for a moment. I’ll warm the rose petal tea and light a space just for you. Here in my circle, you can soften and return – slowly and tenderly – to yourself.
