Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to help your little one discover their body through gentle stretches, movements, and relaxation, all inspired by the principles of adult yoga. In my classes, babies enjoy stretching and exploring their natural abilities, while you, as a parent, also practice gentle yoga stretches to support your recovery after birth.

Yoga for both you and your baby can help balance the body and mind. It encourages better circulation and digestion, strengthens muscles and joints, and can even aid in the removal of toxins from the body. It’s a calming, bonding practice that nurtures both you and your baby in beautiful ways.

Stimulates the Senses

Baby Yoga is a lovely way to support your baby’s development by helping improve muscle strength, coordination, and balance. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to bond and have fun together. Through baby yoga, you’ll naturally practice instinctive parenting while learning soothing techniques that calm and reassure your little one.

Each session stimulates your baby’s body and helps integrate their senses, promoting overall well-being. We use fun rhymes and songs to guide you through simple movements, making it easy to relax and connect with your baby in a joyful way.
